AUTO TYRE BEAD WIRES
Tyre Bead Wire is a high carbon bronze coated steel wire used in all tyres. The main function of bead wire is to hold the tyre on the rim and to resist the action of the inflated pressure, which constantly tries to force it off. The bead is the crucial link through which the vehicle load is transferred from rim to the tyre. It significantly affects the safety, strength, and the durability of tyres.

LOW CARBON STEELS WIRES
Annealed Wires
Annealed Wire is made of low carbon steel wire available in sizes ranging from 0.25 to 4.00mm.
Used for weaving, baling in general. Applied for home use and the construction.
Annealed wire is obtained by means of thermal annealing, endowing it with the properties it needs for its main use – setting.
This wire is deployed both in civil construction and in agriculture. Hence, in civil construction annealed wire, also known as burnt wire, is used for iron setting. In agriculture, annealed wire is used for bailing hay.
GI Wires
G.I. Wires in size range 0.15mm to 5.00mm, of consistent mechanical properties, uniform zinc coating, bright surface finish.
These are mild carbon steel wires, coated with zinc to impart the base wire with superior properties. The zinc coated galvanized wires are highly resistant to moisture and mechanical damage, and have a very bright and smooth surface finish.
HB & HHB Wires
These are available in sizes ranging from 0.30 to 8.00mm and can also be customized as per clients’ specifications.
The wire is used in the manufacturing of bolts, nails, automotive cables, shaped wires, and handicraft items.

OUTER CASING WIRES
Advantages
Mainly high carbon steel wire suitable for use in wrapping a "grease tight" and "dust proof" outer casing.
Wire with excellent restductility that withstands processing of conduit making via flattening the wire and wrapping the flat wire into a spiral. Wire suited for conduits made out of wire being stranded around an inner tube.

PHOSPHOR BRONZE WIRES
Phosphor bronze wire is produced from copper-tin-phosphor alloys in different sizes as per ISS & BSS standards in size ranging from 0.15 to 4.00mm. Phosphor bronze wires are used in music wire strings, woven products, switches, relays and springs, wire mesh, nut bolts, buttons-hooks, brush, bushes, instruments and they have numbers of other applications. Phosphor bronze wires are corrosion resistant, have high electrical conductivity, low elastic modulus and high tensile strength.

Cold Heading Wires
